DMCA Policy

Overview
Onyx Systems Ltd ("Company") respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects users of the Onyx OS platform to do the same. In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act of 1998 ("DMCA"), we will respond promptly to claims of copyright infringement that are reported to our designated copyright agent.
If you believe that content on our platform infringes your copyright, please submit a written notice to our designated agent using the contact information below.

Our DMCA agent is registered with the United States Copyright Office pursuant to 17 U.S.C. § 512(c)(2).
Filing a DMCA Takedown Notice
To submit a valid DMCA takedown notice, your written communication must include all of the following:
- A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or a person authorised to act on their behalf.
- Identification of the copyrighted work or works claimed to have been infringed.
- Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing and information reasonably sufficient to permit us to locate the material (e.g. a URL).
- Your contact information, including name, address, telephone number, and email address.
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief that use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorised by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
- A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notification is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorised to act on behalf of the copyright owner.
Send completed notices to [email protected]. Incomplete notices may not receive a response. Submitting a false or fraudulent notice may expose you to legal liability under 17 U.S.C. § 512(f).
Counter-Notification
If you believe your content was removed or disabled as a result of a mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification. Your counter-notification must include:
- Your physical or electronic signature.
- Identification of the material that was removed and the location where it appeared before removal.
- A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification.
- Your name, address, and telephone number, and a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal district court for the judicial district in which your address is located (or Miami, Florida if you are outside the United States), and that you will accept service of process from the complainant.
Repeat Infringer Policy
In accordance with the DMCA and other applicable law, we have adopted a policy of terminating, in appropriate circumstances and at our sole discretion, the accounts of users who are deemed to be repeat infringers. We may also limit access to the Service and/or terminate the accounts of users who infringe the intellectual property rights of others, whether or not there is any repeat infringement.
Safe Harbor
Onyx OS operates as a business operations tool and does not host user-generated public content. We rely on the safe harbor provisions of 17 U.S.C. § 512 and will act expeditiously upon receiving valid takedown notices from copyright holders or their authorised representatives.
